With Valentine's Day just around the corner, we thought this competition should in some way, be linked. A straight "Valentine's Day" competition would be a little dull, and it wouldn't be a lush stories' competition, without a twist or a challenge!

The word "Valentine" reminded me of the 1980's movie, "Shirley Valentine", which featured a bored housewife going on holiday to beautiful Greece, to try and escape the tedium of every day life. There, she's seduced by a taverna owner, and her life is turned upside down.
