Incredible! The passion and excitment in the 1st half are tangible as I read it. The anger and emptiness at the betrayal in the second-half building to the end was quite scary
Damn, girl! This was amazing and very original. Well done! Only a 5 will do
Outstanding, unique and a brilliant piece of writing!
cont... Why do I not refer to phrases and subjects of the poem? Because in doing so I can only deconstruct what's been built. The reason why the poem is so rewarding for me, and so powerful amongst poetry, is that the thoughts are constructed so tightly, re-factored so fundamentally, there's no more rethinking or interpreting I can give it.
I think this poem, more than all her others, convinces me that Trinket's writing is par or superior to that of any poet I've ever read; but, of greater significants, is that this poem explains why I get from Trinket's poems, something even more remarkable than the writing and poetry.

The clarity and detail of her thoughts, the perceptiveness of the internal, intention and activity in another, the appreciation for universal, important nuance of being that may be part of our own definition.
