LOL how funny would that be... but a good way to get out of a ticket.
A friend of mine was caught speeding and when the officer asked her to get out of the car she started crying and said she couldn't. He asked her why she couldn't she said (while stilll crying) that she had just gotten her period at work and there was now blood all over the seat so thats why she was rushing home/ speeding.
