This is one of my favorites. It’s more mentally stimulating to me, the idea that we don’t have time, that he wants me that bad.
I only have one instance I think about quite a lot. I essentially kept pushing a guy to have sex with me even though I could tell he was uncomfortable and even though we didn’t have a condom. We had been friends with benefits for two years through out high school and I was drunk so both of those contributed to an inflated sense of entitlement. I just keep thinking of how I wouldn’t appreciate it if the tables were turned. He totally wasn’t offended and I apologized years later but the whole situation just makes me feel somewhat ashamed.
I agree with you on the Daddy topic. I’m interested to see this movie but would definitely battle with my bias against C.K. I’ll definitely post my opinion and try to keep that entire situation separate.
I did in College. A guy I was dating, ended up hooking up with someone else drunkenly. He was president of his frat and lived in a party house. I fucked his roommate during one of the parties. I thought it would be harder than what it was to be honest considering his title. It wasn't.
I've only had sex with a virgin once but didn't find out until the next morning. He was 17 and I was 19. It was after a party and I can be aggressive when I've been drinking so what I mistook for submission was nerves. He was a quick learner, a baseball player, so pretty reserved. I taught him quite a lot, the same things I had been taught by an older man.
Strength training 3x a week. Pilates and Yoga the rest.
Fruit or Plantain chips. I don’t snack very often and if I do it’s mainly vegetables but I’m focusing on gut health so I’m relying on a very nutrient dense diet. I do have snacks for when I have to go out to eat and in the case I might not be able to have anything on the menu. Pork clouds are delicious and those have no carbs. Dang coconut chips if you have them there. They have a caramel flavor that’s yummy.
Just kidding. They’ve made it into a Novel apparently. It comes out this year.

I think your "ignorant guesses" are pretty much on the nose. You are absolutely correct that the early awards generally predict the Oscars as well. I think that the difference this year is that things that happened at or around the Golden Globes have directly impacted the Oscar noms.

I think that Three Billboards should win. But I actually think that "Call Me By Your Name" will win. It's just such Oscar bait.

Shape of Water is very very good. And quite original (which is rare in Hollywood these days). The most impressive thing about this film is that it was made for 20 million dollars. Considering the technical proficiency of the movie and the outcome, that in itself should garner an award.

Compare that to "Valerian and the Thousand Planets" which cost 200 million.

That being said, the movie lacks sufficient character arcs and aside from Sally Hawkins (who I think should win best actress) I think it will and should lose to Dunkirk in the technical categories, which I believe is a technical masterpiece, even though as a complete story it surely falls short.

I haven’t seen Dunkirk but I agree with you about Shape Of Water. Visually it’s stunning and crafted to reflect the ethereal, broken fairy tale that it is. I’d label it a literary thriller probably if it were a novel but just like literary thrillers can do sometimes, this relied too heavily on symbolism. I also tend to read into things too much lol. I don’t necessarily need to be force fed the answers but I just found it lacking. It is shocking their budget was so small and how resourceful they were with it. I do love Michael Shannon. Just watched him in Nocturnal Animals.
Love this! I use the Calm app as well. I meditate to keep my stress down since it can cause flare ups for me with my autoimmune.
I am fucking dying at your post and the responses. It doesn’t help that I’m on a restrictive diet to control flare ups from an autoimmune and this entire eating lifestyle is filled with Raw Water supporters.
No but I grew up immersed in an environment of very good looking, athletic, and wealthy men. My father was a pro athlete so I’m not at all stunned by it or intimidated.
It’s hard since I haven’t seen all the performances/movies but I did just watch The Shape of Water and I think it’ll probably lead in most categories but especially in Cinematography and Costume. I do think it’ll be a toss up between Call Me By Your Name and Three Billbords for Best Motion Picture. I will totally admit these are ignorant guesses since I haven’t seen everything but I’m going off of the last couple awards shows as well.
I did in college but he wasn’t that upset about it when I told him afterwards. He was a Frat president and lived in one of the party houses and totally understood them as drunken flings after a night out.
I didn’t get a chance to see many new movies this year but I will agree with someone above that Three Billboards was absolutely brilliant. I enjoyed IT and Mud Bound as welll.
No and not with those type of heels especially if they’re dark. Dark stockings go with dark stilettos or boots if you have to but even so, I’d skip them.
