Re-read your story, check for anything that might be "too much". Check for descriptions, like "his load squirted out of his big fat cock and ran down her face." That would not go well with Amazon.
I have had to re-write a few of my novellas to get past the bots and humans they use.

I have used that style on a few stories. I don't use chapters as in Chapter 1. What I do is I give each character a chapter using his or hers name. If you read my story Deepthroat you can see how I did it.
If you decide to sell your stories you should look into Smashwords and their partners as well, not only the mighty Zone. I publish on both and it has worked for me.
I would go as far as saying that squirting is a fetish for some people. In that case, they might not care about how "real" the description is, all they want is a lot of liquid gushing all over the place.
Personally, I sometimes use squirting as a "kink" of one of my character but not as the main point of the story.

I often get asked to write a sequel which I sometimes do, but I have noted that sequels very seldom get as many reads as the original story, maybe it's the quality, what do I know.
Erotica usually becomes more personal and effective if you write in 1 POV, then you can choose past or present where present is harder if you write a long story.
My advice is that you think about sex you have had, then multiply it by ten and write it down.
personally what I find the hardest is the transaction from the story into the sex part. It has to flow naturally and not repeat itself from one story to another.
I love to watch people, and I don't mean as a voyeur. I can sit on a beach or in a bar and see someone that does something or says something that draws my attention. Then my mind starts working.."what if"...and the story begins to build. I don't write anything until I have 75% of the story in my head and then I type it out. The sex comes naturally, because well, the "if" part includes a lot of sex.
As Meggsy mentions above, the characters take on their own lives and tend to take care of the last 2% of the story.

From reading the reviews on my stories I have come to understand that the readers love a good build up, they want to get to know the characters and what drives them. What I find the most fun in writing is how to get the characters "in bed" with each other, the seduction, or teasing, or whatever means they use to have sex should , in my opinion, reflect on reality.
