I have been fortunate to go to two gay weddings. The first was a super cool, laid back affair in Sweden a few years ago. This was probably the most unconventional wedding I've been to. The grooms wore matching shirts and shorts and the reception was in the most gloriously green forest I've ever seen.
At the second wedding the the brides wore none matching white vintage dresses. The day was far more traditional than first, but was also the most romantic and enjoyable weddings I've ever experienced. The sense of friendship and love was overwhelming.

I thought Woden was derived from Odin.

Since some days are named after gods, it is too bad we don't have a day named after Uranus.

Both have their origins in proto-Germanic paganism but represent two distinct, yet broadly interchangeable gods. Unfortunately due to the Saxons early conversion to Christianity (compared to the Norse) Woden and the intricacies of this path of paganism have been forever lost to the deepest depths of the dark age.

Wednesday = Odin's Day.

Technically it's named after the Anglo-Saxon/Germanic deity, so it would be Woden's day.

To try and crowbar this post back on topic, another spelling of Frey is Frigg.... Yup that didn't really work.

Hello all. I just fancied posting a few classic unsexy tracks. I got these from Charlie Brookers "Aural Contraceptive" playlist:
Ray Conniff - You're Having My Baby
Ferlin Husky - The Drunken Driver
Hot Chocolate - Going Through The Motions
Blue Mountain Pan Pipe Ensemble - Sexual Healing
