As a suvivor of breast cancer, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Until you experience it or witness it in a family you dont understand the impact it has on every area of your life. The only choice a survivor has is to fight like hell or give up. Attitude is half the battle. I chose to fight like hell and I am still. I chose to laugh at everything I could. Find something funny in all aspects of my treatment plan. It helped me tremendously. My family saw a woman who was not afraid when on the inside I was scare to death. Every thing is a milstone in cancer. Lets not forget our cancer suvivors of all kinds. Celebrate life with them even when they are still fighting. It will be appreciated I know. If you have a day that is open and nothing important to do, sit with them through tratment. You dont have to say a word just knowing someone cared enough to be by your side is a warm loving feeling. It makes you fight harder. Be there for them when treatments end. That is the time they will be the lonliest. No appointments, treatment, they will feel tossed aside. I participate in several walks for various cancers becuase I dont want to see anymore people die. I walk for everyone who cant and remember those I have lost. It feels fantastic to cross that finish line. For all survivors, life life to the fullest everyday. You only get one sgot at life, take aim, fire and enjoy.

I actually got an email that said it was from a friend from a long time ago. She was stranded in another country and wanted to come home and needed my help immediately please send my info so they can repay me.
