I'm humbled, someone has anonymously gifted me a new subscription. Is this the way women feel when someone sends a drink to them? Thanks to my Sugar Momma/Daddy!

yes, it's exactly how we feel. wait, you checked it for roofies before you excepted it, right?
You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.
Quote by Buz Try your hand at writing a story. Nothing makes you a Lushie like posting some stories.
Buz is right! Do that. I waited quite a while just hanging around and reading, then joined just a month or so ago then decided to try to write a story, figuring I'd be happy with maybe a thousand views and a comment or 2. The moderators have been great (and yes one of them was Sprite!) and the response was amazing! Lush folks are very generous to other authors, probably because so many of them are as well. It's a great community.
Please take a peek at my stories! Here's a small variety pack:
To Soar With Eagles | Lush Stories An emotional story of love and loss that may touch your heart. Sexy... yes, of course, but uplifting as well! And a Recommended Read!

Sprite is an outstanding story mod. If she leaves notes when verifying your story, it will be great advice. In fact, the entire our entire story mod team is great and gives fantastic tips on improving your story and writing. Sprite is also a superior writer and has posted so many awesome stories.
I don't know how this is even a question. Three easy steps: Click on linky for the Platinum membership. Click on PayPal linky. Click on "Pay Now". Boom, you have a shiny new badge.
Want to spend some time wallowing in a Recommended Read? Pick one! Or two! Or seven!
May I suggest the Gold membership instead of the Platinum? Smaller chunks (like you said: it's real money), but in the end it's also better long term support for Lush.

Btw, the info about the different membership options is pretty well hidden IMO. There are some links on the home/stories pages, but they all lead to the same page which only shows the Silver and Gold options, not the Platinum one. Now, I'm happy with my Gold membership as it gives long term support to the site, but why not make it easier to find (all of) the info related to paid membership?

I have to agree with you about the info being hidden, I had no idea there were different levels until I made this thread, and I just now noticed I have a badge over my avatar. Is that a good thing? Where does one go to see the different options?

As I said, there are links at the bottom of the home/stories pages that lead to a page that only shows the Silver and Gold membership options. There used to be a Bronze membership option, but I'm not sure if it still exists. I'm not sure where to find the Platinum option, though I something tells me you to choose Gold first and than in a later stage you can switch to Platinum. Or something like that. I have seen it in the past, but can't find it now.

Only silver? They must vacation in south beach too..
Have you been to the big ball of yarn? Heard it's pretty cool. Never been though.

Noll,
I think you're right. They don't seem to offer either Bronze or Platinum memberships anymore. They all used to be shown all together. My gut feeling is they eliminated Bronze and Platinum memberships because of lack of income, but for different reasons. Sad to say, but I'm certain the Covid pandemic had an adverse effect on Lush finances.
Bronze memberships, if I remember right, were only $10/year so probably not bringing in enough income to support the site. Platinum memberships were $500 which is a pretty hefty sum for a lot of people, but if you're in it for the long-haul, like me, it was worth it since it's a one-time payment, and your membership never expired regardless of the increased costs of running the site.

$500? No way! I believe they are/were $200. With $500 you'd have to be a member for more than 10 years for it to give you any benefit over a Gold membership. That would make little sense.
