Well, I think it depends how you define "public". Is that just somewhere in a place where you might be discovered? Or somewhere where you definitely would be seen? I love the thrill and excitement of making out in a place where I might be seen, but only if it would probably not be an issue to whom ever saw us. For example, at night in a secluded part of a tropical resort. Or, on a secluded beach.

But to make out where people would see me... that takes a lot of mental and emotional preparation...and a good dose of alcohol! I could do it with people I know I think more easily than with strangers. But, it is possible! (I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...)
