I'd like to be multilingual (French / Italian / Japanese / Chinese / Spanish).
I would also like to be able to play the piano (better). I have difficulty reading music quickly enough.
Which skills do you desire?
As a writer I'd like to never have 'Writers Block'.
And I'd like to be able to remember things. (It's a curse having notepads and tape recorders, you never need to mentally remember anything because it's all there).
First desire would be the ability to finish projects I start. My mind is all over the place, all the time. Too many interests, too little time or follow-through.
Second would be to play the cello. I grew up playing piano, but it was soooo the wrong the instrument for me. I'm always in love with any modern song that features a cello, and of course the great classics and anything by Yo-Yo Ma.
Something about making sweet music with a big instrument between your thighs...LOL... joking... Ok, not really.
I wish I knew how to fix things so I wouldn't feel like I was being ripped off my repairmen.

I'm with Nicola on this one, I want to learn as many languages as I can. I would also like to be a better cook, actually a chef, but I couldn't afford the career change at this stage in life.
Also I'd like to learn everything there is to know about computer hardware, software and programming; the world is run by them anymore and if you're not with the program, you will be left behind very quickly.
Edit: I'd also like to learn to play several musical instruments as well: guitar, violin, bagpipes, and uilleann pipes.

And one more thing woodworking I know the basics but could always learn a whole lot more.

I would like to be able to increase my memory so I could remember things better. It's great to remember all of the good things in life, but it's more important to remember the bad things in order to grow stronger, learn from your mistakes, and also develop the patience to better solve problems.
