It's been a privilege running the site this year.
We've run some amazing competitions, the chat rooms are lively, there's been a multitude of interesting forum posts and debates, some very active groups have sprung up, the mobile site has had an overhaul, and we've gone from strength to strength.
It's our community which makes this place so special, and the individuals who make it up.
With that in mind, we thought it might be nice for our members to give a shout out to those members who've made an impact on them this year.
So please nominate your favourite contributors and give a few lines on why you've done so.
It's the time of year to spread some cheer!

He's helpful when a member is in need(and does a bunch of other things behind the scenes), chatty/playful and very witty.
Curvygalore has helped me on numerous occasions. At times, pointing out what is needed and what should be deleted. A wonderful mod.
I'd second the two names that keep popping up, Rumple and CurvyGalore (aka Curvy the Unquenchable), for their always helpful support and their whip-smart writing and editing skills, as well as the drama-free good vibes they spread around the site. Both have helped me out with suggestions and ideas and constructive critisism, and I've seen them both help out countless others.

Because I like to imagine him all disheveled looking, probably in a bathrobe and saggy whitey tighties, swigging on a warm keystone light from the night before, still with his 80's mullet but getting a little thin on top and doing his research on his big beige PC for a thread that will get no replies except from him... It's a gem to stumble upon one of these one man threads randomly.
It is funny to me every time.
He's a fount of unintentional comedy and embarrassment so my nomination easily goes to wellmademale.

She has encouraged me repeatedly in my writing and at one point was the sole reason that I kept writing.
She does what she does with a loveliness that is hard to find in this world.

Angiegirl for her entertaining and sensual posts in the chat rooms.
Jwren for his reliable postings in the forum as well as his useful aid to writers struggling to succeed.
Verbal for his always charming posts in the forums, especially the Awesome Bar, and his incomparable stories.
Elizabethblack for her kind and informative comments on so many stories and poems.
Vanessa26 for her fun forum posts, wonderful stories, and loving personality to the folks around her.
Perhaps I should stop now. I could name so many. I hope others will give Nicola a larger selection of the wonderful Lush people we are surrounded by here on our site. I don't think she limited the awards she might hand out to simply one person.
A thought should be given to Techgoddess. What a wonderful human being. In between her series, she took time to help me write a story. She has the personality and character of a genuine soul. There are many on Lush that also fill that mold.
I think the ones that have been mentioned are all very deserving of this and I'd like to add Chrism for his willingness to help others as well as his wonderful stories he's posted.
Sprite for being a lovely person who is there for anyone that needs a friend and her fun nature.
I'm sure there is so many more that could be nominated. Lush has lots of lovely people here.
I may have to post here several times. Pretty much any one of the Mods. Verbal for exceptional stories and being an all around cool guy. browncoffee who I love to read but probably also because I have a crush on her. elizabethblack, as noted above, leaves the most gracious comments on stories. She should put out a book of her comments. Mr Rumps and Curvygalor without question, both make daily and ongoing contributions all over the place; stories, threads, commenting, advice, turmeric cakes. I'll remember a ton more later.

but here are the ones I'd like to mention ?
Simplicity- she truly has a heart of gold. And she is a very inspirational writer
and is always kind and is honestly very genuine. She's also a blast to talk with and is always fun in the forums. Plus she has now written in almost all story categories ( holy fuck!! )
Beffer- She's seriously amazing a true friend to many.
and she makes the forums extra fun.
Green_man - He is an awesome friend who is always encouraging and kind
He's edited a good many of my stories and is always patient and sweet.
Milik- he has been here for 10 years and was a mod for many. He is also very kind hearted and totally awesome.
Curvygalore- she makes rumps extra pleasant and is always kind and welcoming plus she's a super rad mod.
Sprite- She's helped a good deal of people with the semicolon plus she loves cats so that in its own deserves a nomination.
That's just a few of the people i find to be amazing ?
I’d also like to nominate someone who’s statistics, in my opinion, represent an outstanding member. Mysteria27 has contributed a huge amount to, and brought a hella lot of people to this site. Whether her writing is to your taste or not, I think it’s obvious she has filled the want for more lighthearted entertainment. Mysteria has far exceeded the numbers required for various Lush badges.
Her stats blew me away.
