A good decision, yet not very helpful, because if someone is really going to do it, the picture can be published elsewhere.
My ex published my naked picture on another site. I was sad and ashamed for some time. But I had my friends support and finally came to the conclusion that he is the one who should be ashamed of what he has done, not me.
The main thing in such situations is: the blame should be placed on the pervert who publicizes pictures without permission, not the victim.
One would like to think thats just common sense... i think it should be a bannable offense
Regarding UK law, it's much better to have good character and values make our decisions than politicians without integrity or ethics.
