Yes, all the time all year around. I have been since I was 17y/o and have ever since and to this day. When still living at home (younger days) it was harder to but I still made it work out. I am naked at home even during the day when ever possible. Still naked, it saves in water and washing. Plus, it's better for the planet; saves water
