A bra works great instead of a visor when playing golf. And if you get in a fight with some guys on another gold cart you can fill both cups of that bra up with gold balls and sling shot those guys shotgun style!

i wear one so that don have knee-cappers. personally, and depending on a woman's size, you can play dress up with the twins. From a scientific perspective, bras and breasts, are a sign of fertility. having them means that, our man or whomever it is that we are with sees us with perky breasts and wants us to make sweet, pretty babies with.
I think jillinjulie makes the very good point about "decorum" - I like not wearing a bra, but it one can send out so many messages if it is obvious you don't have one on. Sometimes these are messages that I want to send out - but not always!

For support. I don't want to look droopy in a few years. I like to reveal a alot of clevage. I think braws can be very sexy if you choose the right one. I have dozen's of sexy bra's plus a few"everyday" ones.
I wear it because with out it, I feel weird.
If you have tiny boobies like I do, wearing a bra makes you feel feminine and gives you a small amount of shape.
If I'm out of the house or working out I wear a bra. If I'm at home, I don't wear one. They're uncomfortable and I don't need the support. I'm only a size A.

I feel the reasons for wearing a bra are fairly obvious however I do have a problem with the word tits - not that I find it obscene or anything but just slightly vulgar. Can't quite put my finger on (no pun intended) why though- more say than other words as all speech is arbitrary.
Occasionally I put one on and nonchalantly walk through the den when my wife is watching TV or surfing on her laptop just to make her laugh.
