With Part 4 of The Cocktail Party submitted, I've been working on finishing up Boardrooms & Boudoirs Part 7. I have a stand-alone story in the works. It's been a while since I've written a one-part story. I keep trying, but they keep wanting more parts. My characters are very bossy sometimes.

Those beignets look suspiciously like they are from Cafe du Monde, an American company. Fortunately I have arrived with Canadian beavertails which are far more exceptional by every culinary measure. There will be a 25% tariff for American purchasers. "Fat Tuesday"? Is that a new American holiday for the cheeto guy?

Lol. No, but that's hilarious!

Actually the best beignets I ever had were at a little bakery in a small town called St. Denis in France years ago. I went looking for ancestors and found pastries instead.

.

It's clear that is purely AI, I assure you. I would NEVER use a straw with that kind of drink.

Which one was it? There were a number…

Okay, to be fair, the beach one wasn't an ACTUAL pic, but the restaurant one was. 😉😘

We know Bear is not a bot because I've seen him in person. Here is an actual photo from when we had lunch when he and Lady Jay were visiting:

And here is one of him on the beach:

I am a bot btw. Had you all fooled.🤣

Well then you're a persistent bot. LOL You've been here a long time, my lovely friend. 😘

Yup 😀🤣

Seriously though, I don’t like being told measurements—bra sizes, cock lengths. Seems amateurish or something. Just my opinion.

I prefer to weave descriptors into the story.

He cupped her voluptuous breasts.

rather than

She had 40 DD cup breasts that he liked to squeeze.

🤣 But look at us now! 😀

We are gorgeous! 😘😘

Look what Mom did to our hair, Kat! 😳 it’s bad enough she made us dress alike all the f’n time! 🤣

You at least HAD hair. I had gorgeous long hair down to my butt when I was 5 years old. She would braid it all the time. Then, before I started Kindergarten, she told me she would take me to the beauty shop for a cute new haircut because she wouldn't have time to braid my hair before school every morning.

I sat down in the lady's chair and she CUT OFF MY BRAIDS! The "cute" haircut was a PIXIE cut!

And guess who didn't think it was "cute"? Every kid in my Kindergarten class who thought I was a boy, despite the fact that I wore animal print jumpers that my mother made for all of us girls to wear. She made zebra ones, cheetah ones, and giraffe ones. A picture exists somewhere, though I can't find it, of 6 girls on a couch looking like orphans in our zoo jumpers.

I was the "lucky" one who never effing grew out of the animal jumpers because I was the youngest and I kept getting the hand-me-downs from my siblings. That pixie haircut and YEARS of wearing animal prints scarred me for life! 🤣🤣🤣

HI everyone! I am a budding writer, I will be glad to subscribe to my page, friend requests and comments under the stories that I write. I am looking for new friends, I will be glad to communicate and meet!

Welcome to Lush! Reading stories, and liking and commenting on them, is one way to become familiar with people. Then you can strike up conversations with them.

Mr Ape, I don’t think there’s any set number of words you can’t go over before sex. It all depends on the story and format. Some have it at the very end which is fine to me if the build holds my attention.

I’m still sorting through stuff from Dad’s and found this picture. 😳 Who knew that my sister and I inspired the infamous Princess Leia hairdo. 🤣🤣

OMG KIMMI! Could you two be cuter?

Anyway, the vacation was lovely, and one of the high points was visiting with Kat and Kevin – two lovely and gracious people who Lady Jay and I would love to have live closer to us. Maybe in our next lives, OK?

Kevin was thinking you and Lady Jay should move down here! ❤️

That's peanut butter, right?

Right?

Gosh I hope not! I have a severe peanut allergy. 🙀

Just realised we've been talking about the top 100 so much but it's only showing the top 98 currently.

Which is interesting, because the top 100 show for the month, but not for all time. Odd indeed.

Just make sure you save some for the rest of us.

Always... at least for you! 😉

I'm always worried when I see a phrase like that and wonder if it's 'in crowd' code, and I'm just naive and missing out on the truth behind the offer!😊

We're all friends here. No one is going to pour chocolate on their gorgeous bottom and sashay into Rump's and tell you that you can't have any! Just know that I get first dibs! 😉 I mean, c'mon... It's chocolate... and Kimmi's bum.

Here’s a chocolate goody to enjoy while celebrating Polar Bear Day! 😊

Wonders if you need anyone to lap up the chocolate… 😉👅

Safe travels, Bear! I thought I'd share one of your vacation photos! 😉

Kevin and I really enjoyed meeting you and Lady Jay. 😎🏝️ Thanks for taking a few hours out of your vacation to visit!

Off to the dentist. Apparently fillings don't last a lifetime and I am old enough now to have to have some redone. 🤪

Still a bit of time left in the Writer's Block comp on SS. Plenty of familiar faces have entered but there's still room for more if you hurry. And there's some great reads. Here's the comp page with the current list (13 stories).

https://www.storiesspace.com/competitions/writers-block

These are 13 really entertaining stories! Several of them by your pals here at Rump’s. Mine included: https://www.storiesspace.com/stories/flash-fiction/the-dandy-lion-the-whiter-box

Some Earl Grey to start off my day. Then it's on to the gym, then the dentist, then taking delivery of 30 chaise loungers and 24 chairs! If all goes well in the next week or so, our pool will reopen March 8. Still more work to do after that. Pool deck tile will be laid in May, irrigation system in March some time. Landscaping in April. But little by little, we are recovering from Helene’s destruction. Its a good day! (well except for the dentist Lol 😎

Popping in for a Coke Zero. I can see we are bartenderless, so I will grab it myself.

Exciting things happening this and next week on the property! Our pool is set to open March 8 and looks like it won't get delayed again after about a month's worth of delays already.

Tomorrow, the new poolside loungers and chairs arrive. Can't put them out till the concrete guys are done with their part of the job. They are close! It's been a long, hard road to property recovery after Helene decimated the grounds. But little by little, things are being rebuilt, repaired, and replaced.

In other exciting news, I may be taking part in a clinical trial for a new sinus medication. I've sent in my info, and I'm waiting to hear back. Fingers crossed.
