With regards copyright etc. in the UK the copyright owner of a picture is the person that took that picture, so legally someone in a photo has no rights to ask for it to be removed, unless they took a self portrait. I do agree with copyrighted photos, on here that could/should be more of an issue. And I have also seen numerous pictures that have been "borrowed" from Ex sites.
