1. What first inspired you to write this particular story?

It was mostly a bolt out of the blue. A woman who has had a bad day and then meets a good-looking guy who relieves her tension.

I also like when woman are sassy to men, so that's why Zoe is giving Blaze so much ribbing throughout.

2. How did you come up with these characters?

I wanted a male character who is sensitive to a woman's needs and a woman who was coming into the situation disappointed in everyone. I think about single mothers a lot - how much work it must be, how courageous they are.

3. How does it differ from some of your other stories?

First story to feature a Western theme.

4. What was the most challenging thing about writing this piece?

Honestly, the oral sex scene wrote itself. But then I added the foreplay items that seemed like fun. The hardest part was their first meeting in the dusty road.

5. Anything else you want to tell us about it?

Writing these stories makes me really happy. I'm enjoying interacting with folks on this platform! I realize my stories are a bit longer than most of them here, but I appreciate folks who take the time to read them! I think it just takes me longer to pull the story together.
