I'm a retired married guy who enjoys life in general including various kinds of erotica and sex.
Large groups of people drain me. I'm an introvert who needs some time alone but treasures one-to-one time with a friend or a lover. I can be a bit secretive about myself sometimes, or so I've been told. But, I'm a good listener and I never betray a friend's confidence. I'm still on the path of self-discovering.
I do enjoy being a little bit of a flirt, and I truly enjoy the female form. Most of my best friends are/have been female.
I'm open-minded and non-judgemental. I was raised in a very Christian household, but in my case, it didn't take. I've been dealing with perceived "failings" ever since and am finally at a place where I'm pretty comfortable being myself. I'm not religious by most definitions, but I accept a higher force may be at work that we either aren't aware of or don't yet understand.
I like to look for meaning and understanding in things that happen or reasons why people do what they do. But then I'm a realist, too, when it comes to making hard choices.
Most of my career experience has been in IT and the military, United States Air Force. In both cases, it required writing in one form or the other, but it was mostly technical, nothing as creative as here on Lush.
I love dogs. I've found them to be excellent judges of character.

Interests
People watching -- what drives them, what excites them, what do they find interesting and why!
Sex -- duh, of course.
Storytelling -- the skill of building a good story beyond and behind a hot sex scene.
Reading -- since a child, it's been a means for learning and escape.
Nature -- I love the outdoors and supporting conservation. We are killing our home.
Travel -- be it on a plane, a boat, a good road trip or even a long walk in nature. Let's go!
Photography -- I'm an experienced amateur and love the process from conception to post-processing.

For escape, I mainly read Sci-Fi and sometimes a little horror. There are too many books to list here.
