I know for me it started small workout goals. I just started walking then got into bike riding once it starts you will get your energy level up. May take a bit to get to a certain point but as said start small just get up start moving all I did
Best thing without spending money did it for me anyways walking lots of it specially if you have hills in your area

When I want to be social I am nice to others though some friends of mine might describe me as the anti social type, not that I hate people I just prefer not to be around them much.
