It can be hit or miss at times but we regularly talk. I wish they would get out of their news bubble. They watch just one cable news channel, sometimes for hours each day. That does no one any good.

I knew a few guys in college who openly bragged they will only eat pussy on special occasions. They never specified what a special occasion was. They had a mindset that their tongues were a privilege. I learned quickly to distance myself from them.

I ended up hooking up with a girl I had been chatting with during our stay-at-home order right when it was lifted.

It was a combination of health class and my father. Looking back, I'm still very disappointed at the immature way my father handled it. He used a lot of euphemisms and substituted words for other words rather than being direct.

I'm working on a story that involves a mature wife teasing and seducing a younger man. I want the story to be told from a first-person narrative, but I've had trouble deciding which one to commit to. I'm just wondering what you all would prefer to possibly clear my head a little.

I also do not see it as a double standard. It's all about reading the room and knowing who you are working with. There are some scenarios throughout my workday where no one will turn their heads if you drop a casual f-bomb, but if it was used every sentence it would be certainly stretching it.

Just saw Solo. I really enjoyed it after going in with low expectations. There were lots of easter eggs and tie-ins to both the original three films, the prequels, and the animated Clone Wars series (according to my Star Wars scholar of a friend sitting next to me).

"The Boyfriend", the whole scenario of Kramer and Newman accusing Keith Hernandez of spitting on them.

Forgot to mention... Dazed and Confused from 1993.

So many young stars like Matthew Mcconaughey, Ben Affleck, Milla Jovovich, Adam Goldberg, etc.

I can't believe I hadn't seen this. Just happened to be on TV one night when I couldn't sleep. Brought back
so many good and bad memories - bush parties, the clothes, the cars, the music, and the weed-infused culture.

I enjoyed this movie but not as much as the movie it blatantly copied - American Graffiti, one of my all-time favs.

So many parallels. Driving around in cars. The teen struggles. The angst. The era-related soundtrack. Coming of age.

Was produced by Richard Linklater who produced the amazing, Boyhood from 2014. Kudos on both.

Did you ever see Everybody Wants Some? It's another Linklater film that was released a year or two ago that is supposedly the "spiritual sequel" to Dazed and Confused. I enjoyed it as some of the characters in it reminded me of my college friends.

I also enjoy the horror films where the plot is plausible. Those are the ones that stick with me. As of late, I really enjoy The Conjuring franchise. I always enjoy a good jump scare now and then and they are packed full of those. I cannot wait for the one coming later this year that focuses on the demon Valek from the second one.

I would travel to the original Woodstock so I would have an excuse to be naked and covered in mud.

Stopped drinking caffeine as a New Years Resolution last year. Never felt better, and a piece of fruit in the morning does the job.

I did not buy a physical album until I was in college. I have several CDs, but those were given to me by friends and passed down from uncles. The first album I bought was, Wrote a Song for Everyone by John Fogerty. The first album I was given from my uncle was KISS's Smashes, Thrashes, & Hits. Both are my favorites and the ones I listen to most often.

My favorite films of the year were the second Kingsman and Logan Lucky.

As for the best film I saw from a critic's POV was The Disaster Artist.

Maybe once a day, I've gotten better with my swearing. They usually slip out when I've had a few drinks.

Any job that allows me to be home for dinner most nights, weekends free for family and friends, and supports me financially with no worries for the future.

I've collected baseball cards since my early teens. Every now and then if I see a pack for sale, I'll pick them up. In my office, I have a wall where I stick up any card of a player who played for the Cardinals at some point.

I've been a social nudist for about five years. I've been to nudist resorts and campgrounds, nude beaches and parks, and have a few nudist friends. I cannot think of a more relaxing day than shedding my clothes, soaking up the sun, and cooling off with a swim.

After this year we all agreed we are going to avoid the public nude beaches and parks. There are no rules and regulations (like the resorts) and filled with pervs who get off on the idea. Usually, these pervs lack social etiquette and have little respect for people's boundaries. Most resorts do a good job of keeping them out or removing them. This past summer at a beach, we had a guy Daffy Ducking it (wearing only a t-shirt) stalk my friend's wife hence what motivated us to stay away in the future and stick to the resorts.

Since I was a little kid and up to today, I remind myself that I will be hurt sometime in the future whether it would be a paper cut, bump, or something worse. It gives me the chills.

I would say, enthusiast, over the word freak. When my apartment and workspace are clean/organized, life is a little easier.

I'm hoping this book I was reading for fun college gets made into a movie mostly because the setting and visuals described took a lot of imagination to picture in my head. I want to see someone else's take on the setting. It's a science-fiction book called Wool that takes place in the near future when the Earth's atmosphere is too polluted to live in and all of the civilization lives in a giant silo.

Yes I did. I worked in broadcast journalism as a producer. My station's owners showed a complete lack of care for their employees. Our staff was stretched thin to cut costs with low wages and poor benefits. Plus the constant bashing over social media from people on both sides of the political spectrum really put a downer on your day. There is so much more that I could gripe about but this is not the time and place.

I was not happy so when I was able to leave, I got out. I do appreciate my experience there as it showed me what I really desired in my career. I am now happily working on my masters in a field that has what I am looking for in my career.

I have 2 pet peeves on Facebook.

-The first is when someone consistently tags one person on a meme, video, or some post. Most of the time it is an inside joke, intended for only them and clogs up my feed. If you want to share something with one person, do it via text.

-I also find it irritating when someone uses their personal Facebook page for business. For example, I have a friend who several times a day puts up posts attempting to sell jewelry. Not their personal jewelry but selling it as a side business. I'm fine with friends occasionally sharing a separate page to promote their own business. If I am interested, I will like that separate page. I'm friends with you because I care to stay in touch and see how you are doing. Not to be a consumer.
