I had to think about what the question was asking. Seriously. It wasn't asking about sexual activity which could be anything. I think most peple answering the question took it to mean sexual activity. "Sexual Act" is pretty much defined as some kind of penis to vagina "touching" or intercourse, penetration. That would be the best answer to satisfy the initial question. A few responses have done just that. Others have "thought" about it to varying degrees before answering. Shortly after I married my husband (I was twenty one at the time) and I moved near the university my husband was attending.
