I came here because I like to write. And read. I write about lots of things, but I started writing erotica back in the 90's. I was in my dorm room with my friends, checking out the latest Penthouse magazine. Someone read one of the letters, and I scoffed. I said, "anyone can write one of those--they're all the same!"
Well, a challenge was issued, and I accepted. I sat down and wrote a story, loosely based on an old High School friend. Next fall, my buddy said, "hey, I see they published the letter!" I went and bought the issue, and sure enough, there it was!
Anyway, that got me started. My first stories were pretty much letter-length. Recently, I've been writing stories of greater length. In fact, I'm working on a multiple-chapter story now. We'll see how it goes.
Interests I've got lots of interests, but since I'm writing about this on Lush Stories, I'll stick to applicable topics.
I'll post some of my older stories soon, and I'll post new ones as I write them.
I enjoy reading others' work, but I get frustrated with poor grammar, vocabulary, and story structure. There's a lot to be said for an author who can tell a story, but do so in a way that makes it enjoyable and easy to read.
With that being said, if you're interested in help with editing your story, let me know. I'll help you polish it.
Favorite Books I read 50 Shades. Want my opinion? It could easily have been condensed to one novel. After awhile, the sex scenes got predictable and boring. That's not the way to write a story!
Favorite Authors I enjoy skilled writers. There's a huge difference between a mass-media writer, and a Pulitzer Prize winner. Don't believe me? Pick up the work of any of them. You'll see what I mean!
