OK, guys. I was in a chatroom recently and one guy was sharing pics of girls with dyed hair, lots of make-up, surgically enhanced lips and big, obviously fake boobs. Now, I like big boobs and blondes, but I prefer girls who look natural (and, to be clear, I'm not against hair dye, makeup or cosmetic surgery in general, I just personally don't like it when it looks OBVIOUSLY fake). To me, all the girls he was sharing looked plasticy and unreal and I actually found the images off-putting.
I'm not judging, to each his own, but I'm curious: I'm presuming some people must find it quite attractive, but do many of you actually PREFER this fake look and over a more natural look?

I subscribed to a couple of stars' sites (Ariel Rebel, Lelu Love) and HegreArt.com, but cancelled after the first month. The only site I subscribed to for longer was IFeelMyself.com, which is an awesome site, but they're all just too expensive.

I think I prefer 1st person in erotica because it feels more like someone telling you about something that happened to them and I find that really hot. I tend to write like that as my stories are my own personal memories or fantasies. That said, third person makes it easier to explore what both characters are thinking/feeling, which can be interesting...
I actually really like 2nd person stories, particularly ones that involve the other person tying the reader up and taking control, but they have to be done really well to work.

Do you prefer more detail or less detail when you read an erotic story?
I've considered leaving some details up to the reader; i.e. writing in such a way that if they prefer big boobs they can make them so, or imagine smaller boobs instead... letting them apply their own preferences to the story (and potentially broadening its appeal), but making the story more vague.
Is it better to leave such details to the user's imagination, or to put in more detail from my imagination/memory in order to make the story feel more 'real'?
