Some years ago I got tired of reading the same letters, re-edited to appear as new letters, in Penthouse Letters. I figured I could do just as well as these rewritten, re-edited 'letters'. I read over their submission requirements and discovered if you submitted a letter/story it becomes their property to do with as they pleased and you had no say. An internet search led me to a website with a similar vein as Lush so I signed on and submitted a few stories. Over the years that website's forum became more and more toxic and bitter. That folks, is how I ended up here on Lush.
