The British Isles. I am part Scot, part Irish, part English and part French. If I have a chance to go, I could hit all of them in a couple weeks. Once there, of course I would have to find the finest distilleries - Balvenie, Glenmorangie, Bushmills, Dalmore to name but a few. Then, there is the golf - what a fabulous game I love - to hate.

You can't even begin to see what you have mentioned in two weeks time.!! My heritage as been traced back to 1500's in England and its a strange sensation/feeling to be in places that my 10th / 11t / 12th great grandfathers might have been. Be prepared to leave a large part of your heart behind when you see Scotland!! I've been 6 times to England/Wales/Scotland for 2 - 3 weeks each time and there is so much more to see / experience. Have a wonderful time when you go!!

Mars.

It's a long list. My preference is heavily tilted toward extremely cold places on earth!

1) Cape Town
2) Rovaniemi
3) Helsinki
4) Lapland, Finland
5) Greenland
6) Manali-Leh biker trail, India
7) Alaska
8) Melbourne
9) Tokyo
10) St.Peters burg, Russia
11) Vancouver, BC
12) Sao Paolo
13) Inverness, Scotland
14) Altnaharra, Scotland
15) Zurich
16) Chicago, USA
17) Siberia

I'm not getting the names now...but there are many extreme cold places are there in mind. Actually, it's part of my bucket list!

I would love to see Europe, The UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Ireland, I have been to the Far East, Japan, Hong Kong (2), Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore. But I also have add Australia to the list, my ship was supposed to visit for a month but damn Nixon decided to Bomb the hell out of N. Vietnam and never made it there.

Any semi warm tropical location. I could so be a beach bum. Right now I dream of going to Fiji or Bali.
