Yup. But not active. The ads drive me nuts. That and the people that seem so self possessed they need to post every move they make. Wake up! No one gives a rats ass that you had pizza for lunch.
Yes, but that is for the respectable me, the one that family and co-workers know. I never put any details of my private life in there,
No. Never had one--don't need one.
I have one, primarily to promote my stories.
I have one purely to keep in touch with my friends all over the world. Also it's always fun to debate politics on there.
"A dirty book is rarely dusty"
No. I don't do social media.
I did but I killed it as it bummed me out during the elections
Never have and never will.
Yes, but I'm a late comer. I've had it for a couple of months. and I go on it every day. Mostly I read the stupid things trump (small t) has done and the rants normally sane people post. Some of my fellow liberals seem unable to intelligently express themselves, and ignorant of correct English. I also like the cute animal stuff. But I really like it better since I found out how to block some people's posts without unfriending them
Of course I do, doesn't everyone? The bigger question is would I share it on Lush? NO it is for respectful me and family only lol
I do, solely to speak to my children and grandchildren.
I do as a way to keep in touch with family and friends. I post a lot of pictures from life on the road with my husband.
Yes, But for family and life long personal friends.
Frankly, I find the Lush format more enjoyable….
I'm trying to visualize my Mom and Dad being here with me. OMG !!!!!
Carolyn.
Had one. Deleted it. I rarely posted on it and certainly didn't need to know as much as most people share about their day-to-day lives. A few friends OK. 500 "friends?" not OK.
Deleted it, along with my online presence on a number of other sites. At first I was just pissed off at the cavalier attitude Zuckerberg took about use of personal data to line his pockets. But then I learned more. Today I participate in Lush and one other site for professional purposes, but I minimized my online exposure after attending a conference where DHS and FBI experts shared horror stories about identity theft. If you are not protecting yourself with multiple tools, you really should consider it.
And Zuckerberg should be required to be pilloried in front of the City Hall of every major metropolitan area.
I gave the place like three tries, with the later ones mostly because a church I was involved with was using the groups feature. Eventually plugged the plug for good and have never looked back. The attitude I hear coming from people like Zuckerberg and the general sense that our data is worth more than us just pissed me off. Forums like this place suit me better anyhow.
I have one but i dont really go on anymore. Once in a while because somebody wants me to see something that someone posted but rarely anymore.
Hell no. Not ever. People from the past, are in the past for a reason. Plus, Zuckerberg is a conniving little twat. Don’t trust him or any other RL social network. Lush is all I do.
Still a No.
Never visited site and never thought of creating an account.
I prefer MySpace.
laughs
Nope. Not on any of the usual social media sources. I tried Twitter once, but it was boring.
After MySpace lost its way, I got on FB for a couple years, but I couldn't be me on FB, just a sanitized, PG version of myself, so I closed my account and wandered in the wilderness until one of my MySpace friends told me about Lush. Here I can be me, or at least the R-rated version of me. lol
