Mushrooms? Pro or Con?

Mushroom fettuccine Sunday evening using baby portabellas.

Mushroom Bourguignon on tap before too long.

Sharp cheddar souffle with a reduced mushroom sauce, sprinkled with crisp bacon ribbons -- breakfast all dressed up for dinner.

Definitely pro and Chestnut Mushrooms are part of my staples. So much flavour and so versatile.

I don't really eat mushrooms by themselves but in other food they're good.

Pro. I use them in a variety of dishes or fried as an appetizer.

Very much pro. I like foraging for them. Foraged mushrooms are always better than the ones you buy.
