Not keen on the non-battered form, but definitely crayfish (crawdads) or lobster. I prefer my crab in the pollock form.

Umm... You do realize that pollock is imitation crab? Pollock isn't a style of crab, it's a fish that is processed to appear and semi-taste like crab.

Oregon Dungeness Baby! Although it all kind of tastes the same. It's kind of about the ritual.
Alaskan King Crab
Maine Lobster
It's hard to beat a good old Scottish brown crab. Or some langoustines.
Lobster but crab is delicious in risotto 😋
Neither.

I am from Maine originally, so Maine Lobster is #2 to to me, with my all-time favorite crustacean being Alaskan King Crab—nothing better to me!
Both!
Lobster.
I like both equally.
If i was having it with pasta then i would probably pick Crab 7/10

neither. Not a big sea food eater unless I have to
Lobster is a treat, Crab is good.
Langoustines – now it's quite a scandal that here in Scotland, where more of them are landed than anywhere else in the world and most go off to France or Spain where they are more appreciated, you have to know where to buy them.
Did my first Lobster Thermador a few days ago. Beats crab hands down.
