Yep, it's a stormingly good piece of work, and I rarely read poetry. That doesn't mean I have no frame of reference when I see quality work like this, it's just that very little poetry makes me go "wow" or hooks me enough to get to the end. It's usually quite lovely and/or fairly evocative and/or flowery and/or just reads like hyper-dense Flash fiction broken up with random line breaks. But this... this is dripping with attitude and sex and power.
