Every once in a while I post this very same note here. If you're submitting a story and it's less then 500 words and there is no sex in it and, at the end, you have something like this - "the next chapter will be blistering hot"... don't!
simple as that. don't break it up into 300 word chapters. just don't. write one single chapter and try to make it at least 1000 words and have some GOD DAMN sex in it.

I have just managed to get part 3 of my current literary masterpiece online without a huge amount of sex in that particular part. Just mostly references to past sex in the series and the promise of more sex to cum.

I am not sure I even get the concept of a chapter of less than 700 words. If I am doing something long enough to be multiple parts, my chapters are longer than that. And generally each chapter has a sex scene, or something sexy, in it if it is for here.

yes, but your stories are 3k plus. i'm fine with that. what reads like an opening paragraph and is submitted as Chapter 1 is my issue. can you imagine if i write some of my longer stories like that? lol chapter 100 in which our heroine finally takes off her top.
