I was in Cap d'Agde for a single evening last August, but we rented a villa further inland (near the Lac du Salagou). And I don't think I'll head that way again in the foreseeable future... Beaches in Maine are pretty different than your typical beach. Also, to my knowledge, there are no nude ones, although you can be topless anywhere. I've lost count of how many times I've had sex on a secluded bit of beach somewhere, sometimes under a pier or the steps leading down from parking to the actual shore, sometimes at night.
