Most women struggle to orgasm from vaginal sex alone, it also depends on stuff like how large/sensitive your clit is (if it's larger then it is more like to receive some friction during sex etc).
Think about what makes you orgasm when you're masturbating and go from there. As mentioned by at least one person above, include some clit stimulation during sex and, if you can work it out, g-spot stimulation.
