Unless you have worked in one. People are at their very worst when they are traveling. Everyone, please, next time you fly anywhere, if your flight is delayed...be nice to the gate agents and flight attendants. We're at the mercy of Airport Ops, CSC (an enigma in another city watching a large monitor of every single flight while sitting in the dark...) and the weather. It's amazing how many people are absolutely sure they're being lied too. (Hey, thanks for providing me a soapbox, Rick!)
