There are a lot of guys who have a gay side. They may have a str8 side too, but if a marriage goes sexless that gay side rises to the surface. But, same sex desire is a powerful thing. Sometimes its so powerful that it does not take a sexless marriage to bring it to the forefront.

Well said. I'm aware of at least a couple guys who have had that happen. Their marriage went sexless, and maybe because they didn't want to cheat on their wives, or maybe because they suppressed thoughts of other women, but the desire for men came to the forefront.

And maybe you're right that it doesn't take a sexless marriage. Just the passage of time and all those unfulfilled fantasies lurking in the background.
