Yup! I've seen quite a few on here that I know of or that I've met through friends of other friends.
I don't make contact though. Lush isn't anything I'm ashamed of but I don't really want any unsolicited attention from anyone.

Nope, and honestly I rather not know.
I think that'd be awkward depending on the type/who that person is. I mean if you found your Teacher on Lush, I think that'd be pretty awkward... as opposed to finding your friend on lush.

I've had this happen exactly once.
