I took my stepson to buy a nice suit. The tailor/seamstress asked him, "Which side do you hang?" Apparently, when she measured him it wasn't! He had an embarrassed grin on his face.

I dress to the left. Apparently, a majority of men do, which might be related to the left testicle usually hanging lower. This is despite it usually smaller than the right in real life...but not in Ancient Greek statues. Growing up I was worried that if I let it always go that way that it would develop a kink in it so I would force it to the right to try and even it out and keep it straight. Of course now I realize that my thinking was just absurd but truth-be-told, this wasn't exactly something they covered in health class or I felt comfortable asking someone older.

I can’t think of a good tagline so this will have to do. Suggest a better one for me?

I didn't know this was a thing. I've literally never given it an ounce of thought. Never been measured for a tailored suit, and when I've been measure for a kilt, it obviously doesn't matter.

The shorts I'm wearing right now are baggy enough that I don't need to hang either way, so I don't know.

I hang to the left and go commando. I don't know if it matters, but maybe if you are right handed you hang on the left and if left handed you hang on the right. I don't know for sure.
