place? What gives her more points and what puts up red flags?
If her is place clean and clutter free. If her place smells like b.o. or something along those lines. If there are clothes everywhere. That way you can tell whether she can take care of herself or not
Points?
Consistent Style*****

Red Flags?
Multiple cats
Decorative clutter
Dirty clothes in the living room
Disorganized kitchen
If SHE wares her clothes and makes her self look nice
AND DONT RUN AROUND IN SOME PANTS THAT LOOK LIKE THEY SHOULD FIT SOME ONE 3 TIMES HER SIZE
If she keeps a sweet face
AND DONT HAVE THAT SHITTIE LOOK AS HER SHIT DONT STINK

BUT ALL WOMEN ARE PRETTY
Some have pretty eyes
Some have pretty faces
Some have pretty bodies
Some have pretty legs
Some have pretty titties
Some have pretty butts
Some have pretty pussies
Some are pretty ugly
Some are dam stooped
So I see it all women are pretty
ONE WAY OR THE OTHER
I like sexy sweet panties
oh but it is the woman that makes then sexy an sweet
I look at overall decor. If it is all kitschy, or there are Jesus pictures or a bible lying out, I get scared.
My second wife was all minimalist, and my third, antique or excellently made reproduction furniture.

First I don't put excessive importance on her place. I'm much more interested (well until I hot hooked up, not currently checking out women's places) in her, not her place. However major negative marks for lots of religious crap (other than decoration), positive marks for books on science or history (on shelves, not set out just to be seen).

But really it's the person, not the pad, that will determine if it's a good fit.
I assume you mean points for or against relationship potential...

I would probably check out the titles of any books she may have on her shelves. This would give me an idea of what kinds of things she's interested in and how smart, worldly, etc. she is. No books = no clues, but that she's possibly not a reader sad If they're all romance novels that would be points against. Non-fiction, travel or anything that furthers one's knowledge would be points for. Novels are ok, depending.

I'd likely also take notice of what kind of art she displays. Again, none = ? :(, standard framed posters from Walmart or country crafts would downgrade her potential, while original pieces would move the gal up on my list, especially if she made them herself.

A lack of shades or curtains on her windows would certainly intrigue me :P
