I'm not a smoker. Though it's interesting how there seems to be polarizing opinions about whether smoking is sexy or not.
Sounds like majority of folks don't find smoking sexy. But growing up myself, I got this impression that people relate smoking to attractiveness or social popularity. Movies and pop culture even support that idea. So I find the inconsistency odd.

personally i loathe smoking (and yes I have smoked in the past), just standing next to someone that smoked recently triggers my asthma...there is nothing sexy about wheezing, coughing, and somebody smelling like an ashtray!

Well I do smoke, but i want to quit and plan to very soon. Smoking in itself is not hot or sexy, however when i quit, or think about quitting, and i see a hot girl lighting up, it makes me not want to quit anymore, its nothing sexual, but probably has alot to do with actual attraction, then i use it as an excuse not to quit, cos i think well she smokes, and she hot. Pretty stupid really, but no smoking is not very attractive, bad for health, makes you and your clothes stink. But one of the worst things with smoking that i find is actually cost, its a complete waste of money
