I think it all comes down to experience. Even though you have one of your own, everyone's is different and likes different things. So a first time pussy-eating woman would probably be better than a first time pussy-eating man, but after a while I'd think the skills even out. Theoretically, yes; however, this would be a difficult thing to apply scientific method to.
