What is your trigger for deciding to have sex? Making you laugh? Washboard abs? There is a point somewhere, that you think you will have sex with him. What is it for you?

I think its just a feeling I get when i'm out with someone or talking to someone. There is a certain type of chemistry or sexual tension that builds up between certain people. Making me laugh and smile definitely is part of the chemistry as well.

I've finished the bottle of wine???

There just has to be an attraction and connection. He needs to be intelligent, funny and NOT take himself too seriously. I have a hard time with people who can't laugh at themselves.

Fun to be with is the most important thing.
Being attractive is not essential but it helps your chances at me getting to find out if you are fun to be with.

If he doesn't ask it probably won't happen unless he just assumes it will and starts pulling my clothes off.

I guess something like this. I just know, not something easily explained.

Some good and wise answers here, but you must remember that some of us have a much lower threshold for sex than others.

It's some gut feeling telling you that someone is the right person for you. Some call it chemistry or mutual attraction, others - butterflies in the stomach. Whatever you call it, it is ultimately basic, non-intellectual and pertaining to no reasoning or analyzing. A lot of poems have been written about the beauty and sublimity of love but in its essence it is sexual attraction that brings two people together. From then on of course based on common interests and other factors it may all develop into a love relationship. But if you don't feel like taking somebody's clothes off the very first moment you see that person, you'd better forget about it :-)

Of course there has to be an attraction and chemistry. But if he is witty and gets me laughing, I become very relaxed in his company and voila...I'm his!!

If I'm physically attracted to someone, and I like them (and trust them), that's about all it takes. Oh... and they have a clean bill of health!

Apparently for my husband it's guilt that he's not performing adequately.

- nevermind me. I'm just bitter.

a fat wallet.

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

Mely, your bravery and mischievousness, can leave me breathless, as here!
As I am not woman and can not share such as two women do who love each other, I relish that "to ravage and be ravaged" is real for some.

I believe you have answered Nikki's question above.

Bingo.

That's a really good one. You can also usually tell when someone is *really* attracted to you as an individual, and not just horny in general.

I've never found bingo to be a sexy pastime

All joking aside, if I'm attracted to them (him of her) and they're persistent enough to make me feel lusted after, I'll get turned on and can't resist.

Basically - I want it.
It doesn't really need anything more than the feeling that just happens with me. I am extremely sexual and hardly a day goes by without me doing something sexual with my gf who shares my bed, or with myself. She has similar desired to me also the feelings are always reciprocated when that touch occurs.
With my guys I don't need a trigger. With my favourite guy its just the fact he is here (we don't live together) and when he visits a kiss can develop into a full on pleasure session as he become erect. A look can do it as well. Our eyes can meet and we know immediately that we both are ready willing and able, and it happens. My other guys will soon let me know if they are in the mood and I will do the same with them.
I keep myself to our FWB group and it would have to be a very strong desire to mate with somebody else. I can and do very occasionally get turned on by another man or woman and if the desire is that strong I will, but I will go through a fairly thorough evaluation before I do.
