I have experienced most sizes and for me it is more about the guy. Saying that if I had to give a size it would be between 5-8" long and about as thick as an empty toilet paper roll.

Every size seems perfect.

I agree whole-heartedly. Between thickness/girth and knowing how to use it, technique is far more important than size.
