I've worn no underwear a few times - not really for any sexual reason, but rather because of VPL when wearing a particular outfit. I always feel a little self-conscious when I do it, as I'm certain it's fairly obvious I'm not wearing knickers. But, it does get rid of the VPL, so every cloud!?!!
