I'm not quiet at all neither am I over the top screamer. I find it very hard to keep my vocals to a low decibel. I don't enjoy myself if I'm forced to be silent. This is in the context of sex- not masturbation.

Well if I'm in a fairly private place I'm pretty loud. I wouldn't say I genuinely "scream" but I do call out pretty loud. Of course if people are nearby I will try to restrain myself, but this can really have a negative impact on the intensity of the orgasm as it is much more fulfilling to just let go completely.
