Step Two: Send "Copy #2 and Copy #3 of the same email through to their contact us form over the next week, stating that you have not heard back from them and doing your due diligence of re-sending your DMCA claim to them before proceeding to the next stage in escalating your claim. Make sure to cc Moniker on all these correspondences.

Now, here's where it gets tricky... if you don't hear back from them (and some of these sites are notorious for ignoring things like this) you can proceed to complain to Moniker exclusively, harass Fantas on social media (if they have Facebook or Twitter) or their ad sponsors. You can blast them on your own social media, warning authors who post work online to check this site for stolen stories etc. The more people you have complaining to them and raising hell, the better. Many indie writers will retweet and share things like this to spread the word through all the various networks of writers. You can contact a lawyer but this means $$.

About half of my stories have been stolen at one point or another, but I just find it so hard to care. And I know it's me that's the unusual one here—you guys are all absolutely right to be pissed off and to go hunting down these assholes.
