Is it just me, or does the fantasy genre stories on lush generally get a greater amount of traffic than some of the other genres? I'd guess most of us who do read these stories are not actually drawn to in our lives, so I wonder why we delight ourselves in reading them in large numbers. Is it JUST the aspect then?
I have no data to back this up, but I suspect you are right. It seems as if many people have a bit of a rebel in them, so anything that is generally frowned on by society, they find appealing. It doesn't make much sense that people would like something that is not accepted by society, but then who ever said humans were logical creatures?
If you're feeling bored during this Covid-19 epidemic I’d like to suggest
you take a peek at a story I collaborated with SueBrasil, a brilliant author.
It's about a mistake in judgment a lady makes concerning a friend, based
on the hurtful words of someone that only thinks of himself. Will that
conniving person succeed in ruining a beautiful friendship, or will she see
through his lies? It's gradually creeping up towards the 30,000 mark
and we’d love any votes or hearing whatever comments you may wish
to make. It is listed in my profile under ‘FAVOURITES’ as Apologize.
www.lushstories.com/stories/first-time/apologize.aspx It's literature so it garners a lot of attention.

Like Mollydoll told me when I asked her: It's the hottest form of . I'm guessing its so sick, that' it's s not sick if that makes sense. It's hot for some reason, and a lot of people latch onto it or don't at all. My point is that it's completely obvious, or a total mystery. You can't be sure what is going on in people's heads to make them like what they like, just like with their taste in movies, music, food, or anything else. The lion's share of my stories are in that category, and I have no idea why I the concept so hot, I just do.
Because most of what used to be is now readily available for free in vast quantities. They're creeping into the mainstream. 50 shades of gray. Eat that booty like groceries. The novelty and high is gone. It's no longer edgy, rebellious, and dirty. It's on your movie screen and on your radio all the time.
You already see the same progression happening with content. "In-law" and "Step" isn't enough now. That's reaching a saturation point in porn videos. Aunt, Uncle, Niece, Nephew are getting there as well. The numbers are falling on that sort of content, and it's full-on blood relatives in the nuclear family pulling in the big numbers now.
Porn and erotica are now burning through the last of the great taboos. The real question is what's next? What's more extreme than to trigger that high porn/erotica viewers are chasing? Boggles the mind and gives you chills when you think about it, because what lies beyond is some seriously scary territory.
Personally I have found in general that stories are of a higher quality than most erotica. The writing is of a higher caliber.
Its like the dark side of the moon. Few have reached it but there are those who would like to visit it.
Strictly is illegal. Anything illegal or has some form of fascination. The stories here are regulated by denying force being used to achieve the relationship. That is a good thing. However, the fact people are fascinated with it proves there is a desire to read and write about proves that it is, in many peoples minds, the idea that it does occur in real life.
I have written a few stories involving . In a couple of the stories, the incidents that occurred were based on my knowledge of an actual instance, somewhat embellished for literary purposes, but the underlying facts are based on fact.
is creepy, illegal, and produces deformed children or other abnormalities. was the common practice of European royalty for centuries and is why royals often had low IQs, went insane, were physically deformed, and often infirm.
That is an interesting question. Personally I find the idea and genre repulsive
Most* Lush readers live in permissive societies (*huge generalisation, but hey!). What's left where there is a genuine 'forbidden fruit' element to provide sexual tension? Same sex? Cheating? Age-difference? The truth is that it's all a bit 'meh' these days. We know people who are actually engaged in this kind of activity; it's *all* 'normal' - there's no sexual kick. The law in most countries defines as illegal, so it is sexually rewarding as jerk-off material. That's what the stories are there for - to provide inspiration for better orgasms.
Further to my earlier comment and RejectReality’s comment.
In my experience with three incestuous couples that I have known, the intercourse was mutual and in a way loving. In no way was pressure used to coerce one or the other. The intercourse was mutually agreeable and conducted in a way that provided a pleasurable and enjoyable experience. Two were brother and sister.
In the other case a daughter (22) offered her father a relationship following the mothers death. It ceased by mutual consent when he remarried
I do not condone any coercion or pressure to engage in an incestuous relationship in any way.

freaks me out, even people calling their partners "Daddy" is a turn off for me.
As for the legality though, if there was a way to ensure that it wouldn't lead to offspring then I think two consenting relatives should be free to have sexual relations with each other. Having offspring with close relatives is what should be illegal, not the sex itself.

I am just a simple farm boy who does not understand . I've never read one of those stories and I never will.
