So you gently fall around me,
Like so many dark stars,
You break a sky of white.
You fill my dreams,
And the fields where I walk,
Are silent now.
Snow, kiss me, you are gentle
As a lover, in white sheets,
You are as soft as her breast,
Caught in snow tight lace.
We should turn back she smiles,
We might freeze,
But I could live here forever.
This is a place chosen,
To harbour our broken souls,
This is our white palace,
Falling in slow motion.
