When that which was always there 

Is lost 

Love, strength, direction 

Shattered 

And absence takes its place. 

How do I  find my way?

Who will be my light?

Who will fill my darkness?

Who will reach out in my time of need?

Who will provide the succor?

That will lead me to my peace?

Who shall touch my heart? 

Redeem my spirit? 

And pleasure my body?

And teach me to live again?

Who will let me unleash 

Those thoughts of unbridled passion

Once more?

And let me live in her 

heart, mind and soul?
