Tonight as I lay,
In the isolation of night,
I felt your touch brush against my skin,
I felt your warm breath on my face,
The desire of your touches,
 manifesting my flesh,
The memories of the long nights,
Has made a home in my mind,
The scent of the musk,
Driving me insane,
The warmth of your body,
Resting against my back,
The jolts of happiness,
striking my mind,
The thirst of your needs,
Simulating my being,
The sound of the rain,
Like a musical instrument,
The touch of your lips,
Making my heart beat,
The days that I waited for you.
Is a coffin to my soul,
You woke me up,
Kissed life into me,
The old pictures of us,
Locked in my closet,
The new ones on my mind.
Your devastating anger,
Your conquering love.
An addiction to your presence,
Keeping your essence in my heart,
You like the blending fog,
Disappearing from my sight,
Why do I live,
Why do I die,
I hate all the crazy goodbyes,
A moments time worth a thousand years,
A seconds wait like a lifetime away,
Creeping on my mind as the clock ticks away,
Will these feelings last when I am dead?
Making me wake in the middle of night.
Staring in the darkness with wide open eyes,
Perplexed tears running down my cheek,
When will the fire extinguish?
Leaving the smell of deep dark smoke..
When will the desire turn to satisfaction?
Will it be never will I always need you?
My fights every night to drift into slumber,
Drowning my wants,
Again as you engulf my thoughts,
Resting every night breathless on your chest.
