So early in life
We both well knew.
It was something,
That could never be.
We were never told,
That It was wrong or taboo.
Nature just rightly knew,
God's rights from wrongs,
So, we constantly argued.
Pure jealousy it was.
Jealous of each other,
We were,
for all those years,
But, we always knew.
In time we grew older
Fell in love with others.
Had families with love.
Got married,
went our own ways.
But I always knew,
I was very deeply,
And deathly in love with you.
I know now,
We both always knew.
God recently took you from me.
My poem doesn't ryhme,
Neither does my heart.
These words are real,
Not designed to impress.
That I don't don't care,
Now that I've lost you,
That my love for you
Was always,
So passionate and real.
So this is my final mesaage,
From me to you...
I loved you.....
It was always you,
Who had my heart.
I too, will go to my grave.
Loving you.
