Temptations of the devil

Scrambling what she feels

Taking her moral limits

Beyond heavens will

Paradise in the demons kiss

His eyes so piercing blue

Charming charismatic smile

Promising her the world

With his lying split tongue

Changing what she desired

Hiding her away from the sun 

Finding light in the shadows 

Draining his powerful essence

Into a woman of circumstances

In her emerald green eyes

Smiling like a favorite serpent 

Standing at her demons side 

Walking in a trance 

Pulling him within her shell 

Feeding on his lies 

Conquering the king of hell

Taking away his hate 

Revealing what was hidden 

In the soul of her snake 

Giving him her angel wings 

Taking his place in the fire

Showing him the truth 

Of the angel he desired 

Feeling a love so pure 

The demon shed’s a tear
